Domestic Departures

Check-in Counter Please look up the relevant check-in counter number for your flight from the flight information display, and then go to the counter with your flight ticket and ID card to get your boarding pass and get your baggage checked in.

Carry-on Baggage To insure safety, there are some limits to baggage sizes: Passengers holding a first-class ticket are allowed to carry two pieces of baggage, 5 kg/piece. Passengers holding an economy ticket are allowed to carry baggage with an overall weight of less than 5 kg, and every piece is limited to dimensions of less than 20 x 40 x 55 cm.If there is a determination that the weight, number of baggage items of a passenger’s carry-on baggage exceeds regulations, please go to the check-in counter to check the baggage.
Free Checked Baggage Weight limits for free checked baggage: First-class 40 kg; Business 30 kg; Economy 20 kg, Passengers holding an infant ticket have no allowance.
Note: The above are general provisions and different Airlines may have their own standards. Please check your flight tickets for specific information.
Excess baggage & overweight charges A fee apply for excess baggage and overweight items for domestic flights and is calculated at 1.5% of the price of an economy ticket (unit is Chinese Yuan, RMB).
Oversized and Unusual Baggage Please inform your airline about any oversized or unusual baggage items well in advance of departure.

Waiting and Boarding Wait in the waiting area according to the boarding number on your boarding pass and listen for the boarding announcement. Please prepare and have your boarding pass out when boarding commences, as it is necessary to present your boarding pass when boarding.
Notice To ensure proper boarding, please pay attention to any broadcast notices and information on the boarding screen. For domestic flights, boarding will typically commence 30 minutes prior to flight departure, and will finish 10 minutes prior to flight departure time.
